Loved the complete breakfast. It was well thought out. Lots of options. Would have loved a waffle maker but the pancakes were great! Pillows and bed were great as was the shower. House keeping was friendly and helpful. Blonde front desk woman was great as was the woman who was there Saturday morning.

Breakfast was great, staff was very accommodation and friendly Esme was awesome location was perfect for my dinner reservations at Perry’s, the suite was comfortable and very clean it was AWESOME!!

I have stayed at several extended stay hotels lately & yours was the absolute best! Your complimentary brkfst was the best by far even having a cook preparing omelettes. And I loved the cut up fresh fruit, not canned. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Chicago!

Seriously, a nice breakfast for “hotel breakfast”. Having a little bar with dinner options on site was awesome. Raul was the best! Room was set up was really nice.

Love the room set up of the studio. Very comfortable and well designed (e.g. hooks and shoe rack by the door, TV that can rotate to face where you are sitting, whether the bed, couch or kitchenette, movable cube ottomans. Breakfast is good too, and the staff were great!

The receptionist and staff were all very friendly and supportive. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was quickly and freshly turned over. The room was very clean, and spacious! We love the overall cleanliness and value of the Hyatt House. As a Booking.com Genius 3 member we even received a free upgrade!
